Q: Do these vessels have a hole for drainage if I wanted to plant a non succulent plant?

I drilled a hole using a 5/16" diamond hole saw (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-5-16-in-Diamond-Plus-Mini-Hole-Saw-49-56-0507/204994401) and following these instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFBIzAdMqoU&t=2s . It didn't crack.

Q: What’s the best type of real plants for this, since there’s no drainage holes?

I wouldn’t plant succulents. I’ve lost two after planting them in this.

Q: Do you think this could be hung on a cubicle wall with a large heavy duty thumb tack?

No depending on how heavy duty it is but I'd probably say it won't last as they are heavy for size and shape
