Q: Is this good for eczema on eyelids/ dry eyelids?

Yes! I have eczema so my face is very dry! I use this on my entire face and its amazing. I recommend a double cleanse system since this is like a butter. You dont want to clog your pores. So wash your face after to effectively remove the makeup the balm broke down.☺

Q: Does this product take off stay on lipstick?

In my experience, it takes off waterproof everything: lip stains, sticks, eye makeup, foundation and mineral sunscreen. Apply a thin layer, gently massage the area, wipe off with a damp cloth or sponge or your hand and then wash with usual cleanser. It’s a fantastic double cleanse product at a great price!

Q: Is this similar to the hydrating eye makeup remover that neutrogena discontinued for some reason?? That was the best remover!

I’m not familiar with that product but this one does an excellent job with eye makeup, foundation and sunscreen.
