the metal is not good and overall the knife is not good enough. there are better knifes that are better than this for a lesser price.

Not dishwasher safe unlike what description says

Says its dishwasher safe... And then says recommended hand-wash... Anyway I put it in the dishwasher and from one time it came out patched in red rust like material everywhere. Try to avoid unless you're going to wash it manually every time.

ein sehr schönes, stabiles Messer aus "einem Guss". Gewichtsmässig ausgezeichnet ausgewogen und der Griff liegt sehr gut und sicher in der Hand. Das Messer ist sehr scharf und sollte daher auch nicht den Weg in die Spülmaschine finden, sonst ist die Schärfe der Klinge recht bald verschwunden und man muss nachschärfen ( Der beste Weg, Messer abzustumpfen ist nun einmal heisses Wasser und das Schneiden von Papier und Pappe ) Die Form der Klinge ist ausgezeichnet zum Schneiden von Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch ( auch rohes Fleisch ) und vielen anderen Nahrungsmitteln. ( Sogar Tomaten werden sehr gut geschnitten ). Jetzt bereits mein Lieblingsmesser, an dem ich sicherlich lange Freude haben werde !

Llevo con él tres meses y sigue cortando bien. Lo compré en una oferta y la verdad es que me ha salido bueno.

Es muy bonito y corta muy bien, lo que no me esta acabando de convencer es que lo meto en el lavavajillas y aunque la hoja no presenta oxidación si que empieza a aparecer en el mango.
