These BreatheFrida Vapor Bath Drops are amazing for stuffy, congested nights. A few drops in a warm bath create the most calming, spa-like steam that really helps open little airways. These drops are so nice in the Bath. Just tip the bottle upside down and it will drip out. I shook it and made the bath (my bath full of water) too strong. For my LOs bath I only add 1-2 drops. Perfect when you have a cold.

It’s a great product but very overpriced and not always available. It’s basically just a mix of lavender and eucalyptus oil so now I just buy those separately and add a few drops each to baby’s bath whenever required
