Durable Med Ball, Great Grip
The SKLZ 10 lb Med Ball by Pro Performance Sports is a great medicine ball. It has a nice texture that provides grip to throw the ball or comfortably do aerobic movements without worrying about dropping it. I use this ball for exercising my shoulders and biceps by throwing the ball against the concrete floor. It has a bit of a bounce back, which makes the repetition of the exercise a little smoother. I also bought this ball in the 6 lb. size to incorporate into my squats and other aerobic moves. It seemed light at first, but after a few reps the burn set in. The prices on the Pro Performance Sports medicine balls cannot be beat. I tend to gravitate towards AmazonBasics items for everyday equipment and home goods. Their prices are usually the best. Pro Performance beat them this time! The SKLZ Med Balls are Prime Eligible and ship quickly. Although you have to wait 2 days for your shipment to arrive, similar sized medicine balls retail for $40-$50 at stores like Dick's Sporting Goods. The money saved is certainly worth waiting the 2 days and saving a trip to the mall. I would definitely recommend the SKLZ Med Balls by Pro Performance Sports to anyone looking to add to their home gym equipment at a reasonable price.My opinion is 100% my own - good or bad. This medball is excellent but Amazon description is wrong
I use medballs for several decades, and this one maybe has the best nonslip grip. Gave only 4 stars because the price is very high for 4.5kg ball. And in Amazon description is writing 10kg, it is incorrect, tha ball is 10lb, so only 4.5kg su it was unpleasant surprise when I received it, I do not want to complicate my Schedule to send it back.
