Received 1 chair and was worried someone thought there was 2 to a box. Sent question to seller and was told to be patient the other chair was coming! Missing one screw in one set and a washer in the other. Had to buy a package of two screws from a store. It took a while to turn and turn the screws in. Two bottom bars don't fit in their slit all the way. Both chairs wobble a bit. They are sturdy. Seats comfortable and overall chair is well made. There is a little cut in one seat cover on the underside. I applied some gorilla glue. Hopefully it won't speed open. I very rarely buy anything that isn't a bit flawed. Sad!

The media could not be loaded.  I'm really impressed with these chairs. event shopping for some bar height stools and the prices for them at the stores were astronomical. These were more than half the price of what we have been looking at so I took a chance on them. The assembly was very easy and the instructions are very good. The first chair took 15 minutes to assemble and the second chair took less than 10 minutes because I didn't have to read the directions after completing the first build. I did make a pretty serious mistake on the first chair and that was to over tighten the two bolts that hold the middle of the backrest to the stool. I my over tightening cause the back of the backrest to pop out a little piece of wood. I was able to glue it back in and press it on. But I decided to show you in a video where I made the mistake so that I can hopefully help somebody. I didn't make the same mistake on the second stool assembly. The chairs are very comfortable and the swivel top works great. they don't spin real easily which is a great safety feature so nobody can't spin out of them and get hurt. But the ability to rotate makes getting out of them easier. It also means the kids don't push them back away from the counter and leave them out. They can just swivel the chair to the left or right and they're out. the bar stools we had they would always leave them out and never tuck them back under the bar. As you can see from my pictures and video this is a huge upgrade from the stools that we currently have. They sell these in both the regular counter height and bar height. The bar height is 5 in taller at 29 in. so make sure you purchase the right one for your counter height. Made the mistake of ordering the short ones initially and had to pay $20 each to return them. But it was worth the wait because I'm very very happy with the way these chairs look and turned out. I'm definitely going to order another set now to complete my set. I wanted to make sure that I love them before ordering the second set. We do love them and I highly recommend them if you're reading my review. They are very well constructed and for the price I couldn't find a better bar stool chair.

When we first ordered these, I absolutely loved them. It is difficult to find bar stools that are comfortable and stylish, especially matched to our dark grey/brown color scheme in our home. Assembly was relatively easy and they looked gorgeous at our tall bar.But with bigger, heavier people sitting on them over the course of about a year, they didn't hold up. Specifically the footrest - which, due to their height, shorter people would often use as a way to get on the stools themselves. We had thought about reinforcing the footrests with some kind of rubber, but never got around to it before they collapsed. It's a real shame, because the stools are SO nice. But that 265lb weight limit felt more like a 200lb limit, and the footrest is not particularly strong to hold up to people naturally using it. Leaning on the backrest also caused the swivel feature to buckle on several of them. Overall, I would say these are best suited for use by tall, thin people - and more as decoration than as your everyday dining seating.

If you are looking for new barstools stop looking. We needed two for our outdoor / indoor patio and these were perfect just stop looking. We have purchased costway furniture before and love this brand. I bought 4 of these and had issues with every single one. Not enough to return because I have young kids that are gonna be rough on them anyways. If you are looking for a statement piece or nice furniture, skip these. If you just need something to function in a space and not spend a ton then these will work. I had holes that weren't predrilled ...... wood and paint chipped on seats...... measurements a bit off. It just looked like it was made by a teenager.

Product came with all the parts, a bit time consuming to assemble but well worth it. Only a slight tear in the corner of one of the seats.
