The Most Delicious Canned Tuna
It has the best flavor that I can get from tuna fish, a bit sour, sulty and spicy. It is very small though. I take two cans per meal.

Purchased to facilitate having a small single serving of proteinThe product is almost minced as opposed to being flaky.m in textureAdditionally there’s a lot of oil when you open the can so be careful not to spill or get on yourselfThe salt content was extremely noticeably high. As a person with HBP it did not work for me so had to give the other 4 cans away in the food drive box
