Q: If I wear a size 10 in a Sketcher what would I wear in this

I have size 11 in sketcher sneakers and 11 in the work boots was too small

Q: Do they have the memory foam

They have a cushion insole, don't believe it's memory foam. I have worn for about six months and they are very comfortable. The only negative I have is they are a little heavy.

Q: Is this a non marking sole?

I work on roofs and some office buildings , I don't think I have had and complains about marking the floor.

Q: Are these shoes OSHA approved?

OSHA is not an approving agency nor does it certify anything.
