I am happy with the quality of the product, everything was exactly as described, the installation was straight forward and was able to do in about 2 hours by myself. Not to mention the product was shipped within hours and arrived the next day!The best part of the transaction was working with the seller about a technical issue concerning a double order that Amazon was unwilling to address (an app issue). You need a team for installation. Other than that it works, no more mushy walls..

OK, so my experience with this product was complete and miserable failure, but that was in part because I did not expect it to require so much darn space to fit in the chimney. Our 6" stainless steel liner fit extremely easily in our chimney, but this insulation and wire mesh drastically reduced the fit. I would not recommend this product AT ALL unless you know for darn sure that you have at least 1-1.5 extra inches around your regular liner. If the liner would not bounce around with tons of room, this product will not fit.

Worked great for my 20ft liner. No problems installing. Did not come with instructions but I found a video on youtube showing how to install.
