Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the bottle was improperly sealed, leading to spillage inside the package. Furthermore, after using it, I found that the formula did not perform as expected. It left my hair feeling unusually dry and brittle rather than cleansed and refreshed, which is disappointing given the product's intended benefits. Due to the packaging issues and the product’s poor performance, I would appreciate a full refund for this purchase.
