ACTIVA Activ-Clay, air dry, 3.3 Pound Terra Cotta

Could i make plant pots from this?

After dry it can melt in water?.

Being that it's water soluable would it not work for making a planter?

Can I make figurines with it? Or is the other clay preferable?
