A Sturdy, Minimal one block aluminum design with an anti-slippery silicon pad.
Well, I don't usually write reviews, but this time this for a good cause.-----------The laptop stands market ruled by the big giants like mStand and Twelve southBut this new kid in the block just wowed me!

Sturdy and gorgeous but not perfect fit for all laptops
I’ll give it three stars because it’s not universal fitting perfectly for any laptop I have a Dell XPS 15 and neither of the silicone slots are the right size for my laptop otherwise it’s very pretty sturdy stable product

It protects my MacBook Pro
There are several stands for laptops on the market. I chose this one based on reviews I read. The MacBook Pro slides into one of the two rubber inserts that come with the stand, and it does what it is supposed to - get the MacBook Pro out of the way in a safe and sturdy manner. You'll need to hold it down when you take the computer out, but that's hardly a big deal. Glad I got it.

Clean space saver
I got this for my asus chromebook which had a permanent home in my laptop bag before. I used the larger silicone insert and it fits perfectly. It looks really slick and modern on my desk and I am a huge fan of the aluminum aesthetic.

Good quality, be careful of sizing if you have a MacBook skin
Good quality, fit wasn't perfect with case on MacBook, I had to take one of the sides of the MacBook skin off but this computer sits in this dock all of the time so it was all good. The insert is helpful, but one was too big, another too small. I have the latest MacBook. However--I have made it work and would buy again because it is good quality.

Might see if the bookarc is any better.
When in a very thin case my MacBook Pro 13 (2017) does not fit snuggly in either of the rubber slots. Still works, though. Might see if the bookarc is any better.
