The taste is nice compared to other pre-workouts, though I sometimes get a slight aftertaste. It feels a bit acidic. The pump is noticeable but doesn’t seem to last long, maybe 30–35 minutes. It’s quite expensive, and I was expecting more. I’ll keep using it and may update my review if I see better results.

Just throw mine in garbage. It has toxic lead and a warning on it. It shouldn’t be allowed on the market even.Most of supplements are not tested by the health and food regulations however has a warning on it so you were informed!
