As described it can handle speeds and traffic very good it has few options to make it easy plug and play any one can install it i works directly out of the box.Handle speed of 1000 Mbps very well and you can specify some ports to be priority and other options.The POE+ works only on 4 ports and it can deliver power up to 250m cable

Simple, robust switch with PoE+ on all 8 ports, please note, the total power budget is only 63W, but that is ample for my needs. It works really well with Ubiquiti gear.
