This is the best ointment for diaper rash treatment I have ever used. My son had a horrible rash from having some diarrhea for a couple of days and he was crying so hard at every diaper change. I ordered this and it was completely healed in three days and gave him relief after the first use!! I will definitely be buying this again and recommend to any mama.In the past I have used the Burts Bees and Boudreauxs Butt Paste, both of these being a thick paste leaving a residue after each use which didn’t particularly bother me. I preferred Burts over Boudreauxs since I could tell he healed faster with Burts but after using Matys I was sold. It applies much thinner than the other products and I don’t have to use as much. Which will definitely last much longer. I was going through the small Burts tubes within a few weeks...and the stuff ain’t cheap. Maty’s healed my son at a rapid rate!! Not to mention it smells amazing.I love this product and I will definitely consider buying more items from this brand. Everything is all natural, simple ingredients, no questionable ingredients which is nice.Buy this, you won’t regret it. Simply amazing.

Seriously I cannot believe how well this stuff works. I actually use it on my cracked hands too! This stuff is a miracle in a jar. This clears up any diaper rash in about 2 uses. Seriously impressed with how well it absorbs and how soft it leaves the skin. Seriously NOBODY makes a better diaper cream/ointment. Also, there’s so much in the jar, it lasts a while! I was ripping through other brands so much faster. Definitely WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!

This stuff is awesome!! I received my first jar on January 30, 2020. As you can see by the photos, I’m still using it!! A little goes a long way. We use this product DAILY at almost every diaper change. Glad to be using Maty’s Diaper Rash Relief with kiddo #3. The scent is natural and not medicated. I’ve also used it on places where he had dry skin with success. The value of this product compared to other common diaper rash products is far superior— I paid $14.35 for 10 oz jar. That’s roughly $1.43 per oz and I’m on my original jar for almost 6 months!!! You know you are using a product that was born out of necessity from a mom who needed to find natural solution to her kiddo’s skin sensitivity issues. You know what the ingredients are and you can be confident you’re using a product that’s safe!! We also have the Maty’s Lavender Chest Rub and lovely it too— so much so my mother-in-law uses it!

I can attest only to my own experience, but I've tried countless OTC and Rx remedies, and this is the only one I'll continue using (other than the Rx cortizone creme if I do have another bad outbreak). If I wash or otherwise clean my face morning and before bed and apply a reasonably thin layer of this before bedtime in the area of my neck and behind my ears, where I have eczema outbreaks, it creates a protective barrier that can keep it under control -- or has for me for 2.5 months, so far. All natural ingredients, and the main one, calendula (a flower), is an old-fashioned remedy for skin problems that still works. It has the consistency of Vaseline, but I'm convinced that it's the botanical ingredients that make it effective. And it's only $15 for a big jar that might last a year (when I bought it in late 2019).

Bought for baby girl's diaper rash...but when I was diagnosed with stage 4 bone metastatic breast cancer last summer the chemo was really hard on my body. I was constantly dealing with UTIs and this product was the only relief I could find from the pain of an inflamed urethra. Had the same issue again 4 months later when I had a large kidney stone and had to have a uretal stent for 4 weeks. If it weren't for this ointment I would have never been able to leave my house and bathroom from all the pain. As a side note it also cleared up baby girl's diaper rash in less than 12 hours.
