Can this product be used in facial cleansers?

I don’t know for sure but we bought it for my daughter to make bar soap, so I am guessing it would work since facial cleansers are essentially a soap.

Can i use this to preserve my cucumber water in my skin refreshing facial & body sprays?

Sodium Lactate is not a preservative to the best of my knowledge. It's primary use is to add a hardening agent to cold process soaps

Sodium Lactate is not an effective preservative in itself but used in addition to a full spectrum preservative to improve bacterial stability. I use it for aloe face gel and it works beautifully, I also use glass jars and I keep my in the refrigerator and it stays potent and also use a swap and never use my fingers that way you don't contaminate it.
