This product arrived coated in a sticky, white, chalky, paste. Every last leaf was 75% covered with this white sticky paste that has a strong chemical smell - which I think may actually be deliberate as part of the “design.” Some of it It comes off on your fingers In a weird, flaky, smelly, film, but much of it stays on the product. If you want to actually remove it you have to scrub each and every leaf individually - and even then only some of it comes off.. Frankly, I’m shocked this product has any positive reviews. Maybe some customers like the chemical smell and think the white chalky coating makes the leaves look more realistic? I’m baffled. Maybe I got a particularly bad batch.

I'm so upset and disappointed! The leaves are all bent downwards due to the dinky packaging the stems came in. There is no way to unbend them! and the worst part is the nasty white chemical film that the leaves have on them. It smells horrible, looks bad, and is impossible to take or wipe off.

The leaves started breaking off while getting stems out of package. They were shaped funny sure to being put in the packaging that wasn't made for them to be kept straight.

Ugliest, cheapest, most plastic and unrealistic product I’ve ever seen !

My eucalyptus definitely does NOT look like what is pictured. They’re very floppy and don’t stand up well. Also the white film over the plant like the other reviewer mentioned doesn’t even wash off! And it smells horrible like rubber.
