These work really well. When I first started taking them it caused some SERIOUSLY MISERABLE cramping (I'm one of those people who passes out from cramps and I'm pretty sure I was very close a few times) but I've been using it for about 8 months now (no idea if I should really be taking this longer term to be honest), and the excruciating cramping has gone away. (Honestly if it wasn't for the weight loss I immediately saw I wouldn't have stuck with these.) I still have occasional mild cramping. I've never been "regular" and this gives me that. The first week I'm pretty sure I cleared out my mother's breast milk and I'm over 40!!! It's insane how much better I feel though. I tried another kind after about 1 month on these and it was much more gentle but I didn't feel quite as regular and just didn't feel as good, so I came back to these. Another down side not only does it clear me out, I'm pretty sure I clear the bathroom out with people covering their nose when in a public space (so that's pretty uncomfortable because that wasn't the norm before taking this). I lost 10lbs within about a month and a half and have kept it off without doing anything else. Giving it 4 star because of the serious cramping. I would not take this and head right into work or sitting on an airplane without knowing how this will affect you!

All I can say is WOW!!! I was skeptical before using this product, tried laxatives with little to no results, took "one" of these capsules last night before bed and when my feet hit the floor this morning I had to go and it was unbelievably satisfying and I even had gone late in the day before, I highly recommend this product!!!!!

Last June I started the OMAD diet and Intermittent fasting. I noticed I wasn’t passing any bms daily as per usual but maybe once every 3 days. Then 5 days. Then a week, then 2 weeks, then I got worried. I got impacted pretty bad. I did drink water frequently, did movement, I’m not bed ridden or anything like that. But anyway, my PCP said to drink Miralax everyday, so I did, and it does help but sometimes it doesn’t too. Stool softeners definitely did not work. Enemas were ruining my muscles down there, like now I think I’m numb and I hope I didn’t handicap my ass or anything, sigh… I found out about magnesium citrate and thought that was a Godsend and thought ‘Yeah I can sip a third of a bottle once a week and I’ll be fine.’ But then one morning mysteriously I was so effing sick dry barfing unbeknownst to me, I was overdosing on magnesium, what an IDIOT. So, I began another desperate search on Google and saw something about probiotics, went to Costco, bought me a bottle, opened it, but the damn bottle had been tampered with so I had to take it back for a refund… Came here to AMAZON, searching for another probiotic and this one scrolled by my thumb, idk if it’s really a daily probiotic but the price was too good to pass up and the reviews were even better. I listened to the reviewers about taking just 1 pill and yeah, wow, Thank you... It’s hopefully life changing, and I’m actually feeling some relief after a whole year of bm stress. I highly recommend this product. It does hurt the stomach but really, in a good way- I feel.

These are dangerous. I don’t know whether to give a full 5 star review or 0 stars bc omg they work but omg it hurt. I am a chronic constipation sufferer and have tried every fiber supplement from miralax to magnesium citrate. THESE are otherworldly. Aside from the excruciating cramps they gave me, I am cleared out from top to bottom. I would not recommend taking these daily, they should strictly be a last minute option. I would say they are a step above magnesium citrate on a strength level. Please be careful omg.

I HAD PURCHASED THIS FOR THE FOURTH TIME AND I MUST SAY THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT GOOD FOR CLEANSING YOUR BODY IF YOUR TRYING TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT . I USUALLY EAT ONCE A DAY AT LUNCH TIME AND TAKING THIS TABLET AFTER ONE HOUR FINISHING MY MEAL (ONE TABLET A DAY) I NEVER FELT BLOATED WHICH IS A GOOD FEELING WHILE USING THIS . IT ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL THAT MY STOMACH IS CLEAN EVEN IT CONTAIN LAXATIVE THIS IS NOT GIVING U CRAMPING ON STOMACH. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
