olisoPro Smart Vacuum Sealer Silver

I originally fell in love with this product, could not believe how well it worked. When I was having issues with it sealing correctly, their customer service was AMAZING. Sent a label for me to return the machine and then sent along a brand new one. The machine still works great when you use it with one of their "NEW" bags, but 80% of my attempts to reuse a bag (which they clearly state are re-useable) fail. It's so frustrating, particularly when you are relying on the product to assist you.

Doesn’t work most of the time and when I thought it did I opened up the food bag two weeks later the food was covered in mold. Trying to find the box so I can return it.

Love this sealer, small & fits easily in drawer, super quiet and easy to use. Reusable bags are a dream.
