I have a connective tissue disorder and my feet get very hot and hurt. These are awesome. I used to try to soak my feet in ice water when I travelled but now I take these and put them in the freezer at the airbnb. So much easier than trying to make ice all the time. Keep in mind that you need to wear light socks or they are too cold.

Well so far it’s very comfy and relaxing just start using it so can’t tell as yet but the size is great the quality is also good and there’s no smell seems easy to clean and the weight is fine and it’s in my color so I’m happy with my purchase so far
