Review: Versatile and sturdy - I have used this bag for storage, travel and sous-vide so far. It’s very sturdy and worked wonderfully for packing shampoo for a flight. I can store most vegetables in it (a bunch of carrots fits in there perfectly). Although I used it for sous-vide and would do so again in a pinch it was too thick to be a perfect solution to plastic-free cooking. It’s impossible to get much air out and the thickness of the silicon means it takes a bit longer to heat the contents, but it’s still a nice way to avoid plastic while cooking the perfect steak. It was easy to wash and dries quickly. If these are on sale they are a great bargain.
Review: No recomiendo para líquidos - Cómo se describe, excepto el cierre que no es estanco como lo indican. NO lo recomiendo para líquidos

## Questions & Answers

**Q: how well do these bags store greens**
A: I've found food in general (greens included) last much longer in the Stasher bags than in plastic (or anything else I've tried).

**Q: Was there any fragrance added to these bags since people have commented on it?**
A: None of the Stasher bags I have came with any fragrance on them.

**Q: Why are they so expensive? Make them more reasonably priced.**
A: I got 3 of these, and so far its worth it

**Q: I need an eco friendly replacement for meat and veggies foil packets in oven. Will this work?**
A: The instructions say freezer, microwave, sous vide machine or oven. According to the website, "Stasher bags are safe for use in the microwave, with a sous vide machine, a standard oven, or a pot of boiling water — up to 400F." It also says, "There are no fillers or toxic products in Stasher bags — no BPA, BPS, lead, latex, or phthalates." And not hypoallergenic--"Additionally, Stasher’s non-porous silicone surface helps inhibit bacterial growth, mold, and germs."

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stasher bags are the new kitchen love of my life.
*by A***S on 21 January 2019*

Bought my first sandwich stasher bag about a year ago. After discovering all the ways to use it, how versatile it is, I was excited to use up the rest of my disposable sandwich bags and just use stasher. Since then I bought another sandwich one and recently added this one to my collection so that I can freeze the homemade naan we make. These bags are great. you can microwave them, stick them in the oven, boil with them. stick them in the freezer and they are dishwasher safe. They are the new superhero in the kitchen. *bonus: I also use these bags to hold my toiletries when traveling in my pack. there handy to put all your liquids in at the airport too. They are a bit pricey, but what you are paying for is good quality. they are not flimsy and they hold up. Not to mention that they seal wonderfully and I have never had a leakage issue or any issues with the bags.
