I will try my best to make a long story short. Below is my experience, and it may be different to others.My summary, put a super light layer on the head 1-4 hours before activity, and you should be able to last a great deal longer than normal.After much testing, the effects run at least 10-12 hours, if not a little more.According to the instructions on Amazon or the included paper, you want to use this 20-30 minutes before activity for the effect. The box itself actually says to apply 2 hours ahead, in Chinese. It seems like a long wait, but only if it was completely random and unexpected. Otherwise, apply a super thin layer up to 4 hours ahead, within 12 hours and you should do great.On my first try, I put a a good amount due to my usual quickness, waited 30 minutes, then tested. It was my normal 2 minutes result... "It doesn't work", I thought to myself.2nd try, I put on a decent amount on head, then a second layer an hour later. Couldn't finish after 1.5 hours of trying, tried again 10 hours later, still couldn't finish.Finally finished the next morning.3rd test, put a light light layer over head, waited 6 hours and could not finish. At 12 hours, I was able to finish after a solid 20 minutes session. My usual is 3-5 minutes.Last test, very thin layer, 12 hours later, can last 20-30 minutes until I wanted to finish.Updated test, applied at 12am, 10 hours later at 10am can still go for 30 minutes, which is 27 minutes more than usual alreadyIn short, this thing works. Don't put too much, and don't use more in short periods of times, because you will not be able to finish for at least a day, and there will be some tingling to burning discomfort if there's to much too quickly on the skin.It can last 6-10 hours for the delay effect, so no need to wait until the deed, you'll have to wait about an hour for it to kick in anyways.Put on a thin layer 4-6 hours ahead if you think you'll get lucky, you should be fine.Last note, you'll still feel everything, not numbed down.It's like when you get to 80% and then stays there until you're ready for it to go to 90%, and sometimes have to try a little harder to get to 100%, the finish line.If you use too much, you'll stay at 80% for hours and hours and never to where it counts.Enjoy.

This is the best stuff for ANY man that wants to last SUPER long in bed. Been married for over 15 years and last night, that was the longest I ever lasted. Even had a round two, 45 minutes later and both rounds I never came. My wife climaxed both times and she said no more, I'm good (She even told me to go fishing with my buddies the next morning) and her pleasure is my ultimate goal. My husband's words were, "Babe, we HAVE to write a review on this stuff because... Well, WOW!" During our 15yrs of marriage I'd say we've tried numerous different products (some to help him "last longer" others to help me "get there faster") each with either NO results or, worse, his would numb me.This stuff does not numb me and actually intensifies any touch for me. (WIN! WIN!)I'm so glad I went out on a limb and got the 3 pack deal!! THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!!!Using PAU YUEN TONG BALM has given my man a huge boost in the confidence department (and for good reason) and it's helped take "our grown up time" to another level. I can't say enough great things about this stuff!!Disclaimer from my husband: Use a TINY TINY bit, like the size of a match head or smaller and you can always apply more later on if it's not enough but if you apply too much it can/will "take you out of commission" and you won't be "up for the task". (You know what he's saying, right?! No Bueno.)Also, don't let the small container discourage you because with the tiny amount it takes to work best it's going to last MONTHS! I figure with the 3pk we bought we shouldn't run out for close to a year and that's using it at least 3-4x's a week.Don't over think it... Buy some TODAY!!!!

As someone who has unfortunately somehow suffered the worst thing in the world in my later years, with a rare occassion when I was younger, this stuff right heere is a complete turn around and thank god.Make sure you read the instructions. What I normally do is, I'll put it on 2 hours before, then another hour before, then 15 minutes before.BE VERY CAREFUL! my woman has stated as of recently that she has a Ph imbalance.. so it's been advised for me to use a condom with it. While I can't stand condoms, I'm all about her pleasure. However, if anyone is looking for a quick fix that legit works, this is your stuff. While I am trying to find a good long term solution, this is what I need for now.

. If you really going to use product like this, buy 3 pack. You do have to figure it out your level of tolerance for little burning sensation. It works great as other reviewers mentioned. Also remember to keep lubricated otherwise you or your partner or both can have blisters. If so use Aquaphor healing ointment. Back to normal in couple of days but only if no action. Tiny is a word.
