The valves seem to be better than factory

This was delivered early and worked well. We did not have the right kind of crimper so we had to go buy a more expensive one to tighten the clamp onto the PEX but other than that it worked fine.

This bypass works and came early morning the next day. My biggest complaint is it does not match the description of being color coded blue and red.

First of all this came without the gaskets in the connectors. Sourced them from other parts I had, hooked everything up and both PEX crimp connections leaked. Had to cut crimps off and throw away the flimsy blue hose and buy a piece of ACTUAL PEX tubing and re-crimp. Total waste of my time. Typical Chinese garbage...

I went to install and the cold water valve didn’t seem right so I started to check it out to find the cold water valve was installed backwards. I had to cut it free and recrimp the valve to the line. The valves lined up perfectly then. It’s a good thing that I checked it out because I wouldn’t have got any cold water to the hot water heater that’s why I gave it 3 stars.

I went to the company that I caught my camper from looking for this part. After being shown the wrong parts by two different employees, they sent me to the local box store. What a joke. I spent less than 5 mins on Amazon found what I needed and had it within the week. Works great no leaking have my hot water back.

This item was for the water heater (Suburban brand, I believe) in my 2021 Forest River Wildwood, because I had broken a valve when winterizing. This appears to be a quality product. I did not notice until the time of installation this item has female fittings, as does my water heater. So, I had to run out and purchase two, 1 1/2" brass fittings with outside threads (male) on both ends.
