The cheese book is great

I was looking for a book, that was easy to understand, showing pictures and diagrams.I wanted it to explain how the different cheeses are made and what is special about them.Also I wanted to know how to pair cheeses with other foods and drinks.This book has it all!!!

Got this as a birthday gift for my best friend who LOVES cheese and it’s absolutely adorable!! Has everything you need to know about cheese and what to pair it with!! 10/10!!

Good coffee table book. Interesting history and cheese production information with decent illustrations. However very European centric. Some very obscure cheeses included. However some common cheeses like California Monterey Jack and Jarlsberg from Norway are not included.
