My kids love this very nice for role play

Expensive for what you get. Till could have been better, you Just get a built in calculator although there is a working scanner. The credit card machine is very flimsy. Hard to detach the play pieces which left sharp bits. The coffee pods were a nice idea although for the price of the product (best part of £70), it could have made some sort of pouring noise or something. I was also disappointed that there was no little drawer or anything built in to stick the plates, cups and cutlery. My daughter was a happy birthday girl though and that’s all that mattered to me. Also purchased the maxi supermarket.

This was an absolute pain to put together and took 2 grown women and a 10 year old to work out what went where, there’s plenty of parts to pop out sand twist off of plastic holders. There’s stickers to apply which you need a steady hand to get right and be careful of putting bits together before you push them in place I suspect once in they’re almost impossible to get back out again! All the little gadgets and part are very cute and my 2 year old loved it! We made it up and hid it for Xmas I’m so glad I did or she’d probably still be waiting for it!!

Unfortunately I was taken in by how much I would have loved something like this as a child! Bought for Christmas 2020, 1 part broke straight away but I didn’t want to return because it was all such a pain to put together. Contacted Smoby for a replacement part - no reply. Fast forward to September 2021 and some of the battery operated parts (the scanner) no longer work despite changing the batteries. It’s barely been played with so I would expect these parts to last much longer. Such a shame.

Smoller but very cool for playing. Maximum 3,4 year old.
