I bought these hooks thinking they were not offset because of this Q&A however they are 100% offset which totally defeats the purpose of circle hooks. I’ve gut hooked just as many fish with offset hooks vs J’s.

It depends what size you order. I ordered a size 2 and got 8 hooks. Usually get less than 8 hooks when you go bigger but more than 1

Yes....this hook will safely catch any fish. It works great with live bate. Usually it hooks the fish in the mouth on the lips for a safer release.
