what I really like about these compared to other cinnamon vitamins that I've tried is that the cinnamon burps are much better than the others. For me, these are easy to swallow. for my wife... not so much

I decided to try “true” cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon) based on a suggestion from someone in my office who has been taking it for years. After taking it off and on over several months, my experience supports what he (and others) say: it helps regulate blood sugar in a way that can reduce food cravings and is a potential aid to managing appetite.I have found this is helpful for reducing the urge to snack in between meals and keeping my energy levels high during those times. By reducing snack urges, I have dropped a few pounds without any other significant changes to diet or exercise.I’ve tried a couple of different brands and the results have been similar. With this product, I would typically only take one pill (usually with either breakfast or lunch). I’ve also tried gummy options and found that those also work well if you are looking for it in a different form.
