Easy to use and works great

Giving this as part of a wedding gift. It’s hands down the best (because it’s so simple) meat thermometer we have ever tried (and we have even bought much pricier ones that have blue tooth). It’s simple so you don’t have to dig out the manual to remember how to use it - multiple family members therefore use it with ease (son uses it when cooking his steaks). We place the probe on the roast in the oven, shut door and set the temperature. When it gets near (5 degrees C) to desired temperature it beeps a warning. About 10C before desired temp is reached we take the roast out and stick probe in various sections to double check. We take lamb out at 54C and let it rest.We do need to replace it every few years. Twice because we left it outside after bbq and it rained!

This is the second one I’ve purchased. I had the first one for many years till my son started using it his incubator which wore the wires into with the heavy metal lid on it
