It is the best chopper I've ever purchased before had tried all the plastic ones but this is far the best.

A very useful little machine for small quantities and very strong quality. Unfortunately the plastic broke cracked. Can I buy two more?

Very good chopper, and a pleasure to use, with the main parts made of metal, but I am so disappointed that after only a few months' use the large blade I use most has broken. Both plastic lugs holding the blade in place have broken. That blade is now useless. This is so disappointing for a product I paid around £100 for. It might be a faulty blade or a design fault, but I would have expected better at this price and given the quality of the rest of the product.

The chopper itself is great, and chops brilliantly, however the plastic collector box is flimsy and doesn't attach very well. It has now cracked after only a few uses, and it isn't possible to get a replacement for this model in the UK. For an item costing almost £100, it is very poor. To order a replacement from Sweden will cost somewhere in the region of £20 once shipping is included. I have no confidence that this will perform any better, however the chopper is pretty useless without the collector box.UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturers, and they sent me a replacement collector box free of charge, so I appreciate the customer service. I could have got a full refund from Amazon, and was tempted, but the device itself is very useful. I'm still concerned that it isn't possible to get this replacement part from the UK, but I will have to be VERY careful with how I use the device in future!

I purchased this for a wedding gift.The happy couple love cooking and love to show off with their food preparation at dinner parties.They absolutely love this gadget. All the food prepared and served with this gadget looks amazing.

I went for the stainless steel version expecting a premium product but it just feels like cheap tat.Design is rubbish, for example it doesn’t stand vertically nor does it have a hanging point.Very disappointing, will likely return before even bothering to use it. Not worth £50, not even close, never mind the £110 I paid for it.

metal construction ad blades are very sharp i lightly touched one little bit of it on the wrong side and cut myself.lollid as said is bigger now and perhaps a bit stronger but it comes across as a bit of an afterthought especially for the high price.you need to use quite a bit of force to cut an onion(halved)but chops them well.cleaning is a bit fiddly if a bit gets stuck on the grid, and this is how i cut myself, but overall its great for making up veg for soup etc
