Been taking alpha brain for over 2 years now. There is no come down/hangover feel. Just a great all natural long lasting supplement for work focus. I will add it’s not a miracle drug or anything like that. Being sober is very helpful to feel the effects. It may seem pricey but it’s less than a gas station snack every day in reality. I've been taking this on work mornings for a couple weeks now, honestly don't feel like I'm any more sharp than normal, but I really do believe this stuff improves my overall mood. I'm way less anxious and stressed than usual, it is noticeable when I forget to take it. So, for that I will keep using Alpha Brain. It's worth it to me. I take two caps on an empty stomach before I leave for work and never had one bit of nausea. Expensive, but still worth it in my opinion.

I can’t notice any benefit because I had to stop taking them. They gave me a headache every time I took them. My husband has been taking them everyday so far for a week no noticeable benefits yet. I’ll update if anything changes

This is a great product. It's hard to say what is placebo and what is actually the product's effects, but either way it's helping. ALSO, I think I’ve identified what might be causing some of the stomach discomfort and headaches—at least for me. It seems to happen when I combine it with high-choline foods. After eating an egg sandwich (so I wasn’t taking it on an empty stomach), I experienced serious nausea. I tried again with smaller portions and noticed a milder version of the same effect. If I'm mindful of that, all is good!
