These cookies are so dense and nutritious that, despite my sweet tooth, I really can eat just one. They are a satisfying snack that takes away hunger pangs, but don't leave me wanting more.

Would only recommend when trying build muscle not when trying loose weight.I purchased these for many years as they are the best tasting protien cookie I’ve found. I use them as a treat while I’m in a muscle building phase as they are to high in calories for when I’m in a diet stage.Make a great treat protien treat and would highly recommend them.

desde que probé estas galletas me enganché directamente, son de proteína y auqnue no son para comerte una entera ni a todas horas es una opción mas saludable que otras, yo abro una y me la voy comiendo en veces, muy fan de estas galletas me encantan
