Angel Mine (Whispering Wind Book 2)

We need a book #3 to find out how Joe and Flo turn out, Megan's baby, if Todd and Heather have another chikd, what happens with Will and Sissy. No disappointment if Mrs. Perkins store burned to the ground!

It was a good story with a happy ever after, but goodness!! How long can you take? The hero has a secret, he doesn't want the heroine to know, but they have a child together. Now Heather wants help, she discovers she can't do it alone and she thinks he should help, he's willing to send money, but can't, or won't be hands on. Geez, if you want her to leave tell her the secret, but when HE FINALY does she tries to make he see the actual truth. Good plan fairly well implemented, but small towns don't quite work that way, I know, so iffy on the details. But truly it's a good story, it just had too much wasted time. And it needed an epilogue.

Love Sherry Woods...she always delivers a good story with lots of romance and suspense. Characters are interesting and the story heartwarming.

This was my second time to read this book but I think I enjoyed it even more this time. I highly recommend this book!

This book is actually a sequel to a title that escapes me at the moment----something Tex----And it will mean far more to readers who have enjoyed the first one because the "Tex" title develops the characters of most of the key players in Angel Mine. Sherryl Woods is, in my opinion, the best romance writer in the genre today because she so excels at developing both sense of place and realistic, easy to know and like, characters at the same time. In many ways, Angel mine, is even better than its predecessor on both counts.

I loved the characters in this book. The story was a good story with laughing, tears and a whole lot of LOVE. GOOD READ.

Todd lived a long life with a lot of guilt and bit was ruining his life. He almost lost his future too. Heather took a big chance on having her baby meet her daddy but in the end it made her dream come true. Angel, Todd, and Heather have a very bright future together. Henrietta and the judge will also live happily ever after even at their age. I hope there is a sequel to this book.

Very interesting cercumstances. Both main characters have issues that prevent them from decision s about their lives together and apart . Their daughter is special to them both but one has issues from his past.

Never thought I would see the day, to be perfectly honest. Thanks to a TV series called Chesapeake Shores. I found this amazing wordsmith who is Sherryl Woods . I just can’t put any of her books down.

I generally love Sherryl's book but I found that this one seemed to start very slowly.It took a long time before we found out why Tod was unable to spend long with his lovely daughter.It improved as I got further into the book and I found that it became more interesting and I enjoyed the happy ending.Not a bad read.Monica C.

This beautiful thought provoking novel. I never have any problem becoming involved in Sherryl Woods novels the people and story lines are realistic. Thought provoking you can't help but becoming a part of it.

I enjoyed reading this book and will look for more of the Whispering Winds novels. I do like the way Sherryl Woodsdraws you in to the stories, and by the end of the book you feel that you know the characters well.
