its nice results first day u will get loose motions but after use one week it will give best result

My father is always constipated. So I give 3/4 tablespoon every 3 to 4 days and it does the wonders. I crush the contents to fine powder. It dissolves easily that way. I have to use Luke warm lemonade to get him to drink it. For him, it takes 6-8 hours to work. But it does the intended job.
