It doesn't seem as effective as colace tablets but these definitely work. Specially for the price, they are really really good. For the same price you only get 30 colace tablets. For the people who require it regularly or for a few days every so often this is great.

The price of these is great. I had been reliant on IV nutrition (TPN) the past year, and sometimes on tube feeding, but have since been able to transition to oral intake. Since my GI system is getting back to working, when I began introducing more food in my oral intake I experienced really really severe constipation. Since that awful experience, I needed to find a routine to stay on top of that to prevent it from occurring again until my body is able to adjust more. I’ve been taking 1 in the morning and 2 at night for a while, and have been able to have a normal bowel movement almost every day. I’m finding these really helpful to keep me on track. They’re easy to swallow and work, and the price is pretty good for the amount you get.

I purchase this for my mother who swears by these. She likes them because they're easy to swallow and effective.

These are great for the price and they work. He uses in combination with magnesium oxide before bed and I never have a problem going to the restroom.
