**Q: What does this do? Is this good for a 4 year old?**
A: The toy can morpher and activate sound effects, like Power Rangers play in the show.  Adult assembly required for the handle and should be good for 4 years or older.

**Q: Is It Easy To Put Together?**
A: The only assembly is snapping the middle in! Very easy! Our 3 year old grand son had no issues and loved it!
