You can even slide it down your back and it stays and no it doesn’t “bruise” unless you are mashed potatoes. Pain bye bye.

It's relaxing and amazing though you can start to feel the heat of the machine after 20+ minutes of massaging, this heat can be very nice in a cold country but I live in the UAE so I don't really need heat lol

Well built and really effective massager which does exactly what’s on the product description. Watch out though to buy the original as the first time I purchased off another seller and it was a cheap, roughy built product, returned that and got one from the official seller Renpho and was really pleased.

I have seen a few YouTubers talk about these neck and shoulder massagers for a few years now. I kept thinking to myself I should purchase one and try it out for myself. Could this thing really be that amazing? YES!!!!! I'm not sure if it was ironic or just coincidence but the day I received this massager I slept wrong and my neck and left shoulder were hurting. I opened the box up and plugged in the device. I decided to try it out right away, besides my neck was actually stiff. At first it was a little awkward getting the massager in the right position to massage my shoulder/neck area at the right spot but once I did, it helped with my stiff neck, I was able to move my neck and shoulder with ease. One of the YouTubers I saw talking about this said she doesn’t just use this for her shoulders and neck. She claimed she used it on her feet and legs too. I actually tend to use this more on my lower back, I tend to get knots in that area more often. This thing really helps at working them out and the heat the device offers is also very helpful. I tried it on my feet as well and it does feel a little weird but considering it did make my feet feel better after wearing 4 inch heels for a week – I would recommend it too. I’ve been focusing a little more on my thighs in the gym. Well I got my first cramp on my thigh and after rubbing in some Noni (also highly recommended as a pain relief – if you haven’t already, check the benefits on Organic Noni @ real noni dot com), anyways I used the massager on my thigh and again it really did help me work out my muscles that were cramping up. I would really try this out! I like that you can switch up the direction the massager rolls and increase the intensity and the heat of the device. It also has a 20-minute timer, I think, I haven’t really timed it; I do know that at about 15-20 minutes it turns off. So yeah, try it out, if you don’t like it (which I highly doubt) – Amazon has great return policies. I know we're about 6 months away from the holidays - but it is safe to say, everyone on my list is getting one of these from me!

This thing is deeply weird but utterly amazing!! When you turn it on it whirrs and the balls start rotating and it feels like it's alive.. but the effect is incredible. You can move it around your back and adjust the intensity just by pulling on the straps, and the balls give you a proper deep tissue massage. I get tight knots in my back and shoulders and this really gets into them and helps relieve the stiffness. I highly recommend it!

First of all, it arrived a day later but that's ok, at least it arrived. Second of all, it was so easy to assemble, well, there is nothing to assemble really, it's just taking it out of the package and connect the plug in and voila. Third of all, omg! I've had issues with my neck and shoulders for years and with an office job, and add stress to the equation, they tend to tense up and get achy and sore. This little massage thing is like a god sent. Really gets deep, like I like it and works those muscles. You can modify the settings as you wish even add a bit of heat. It doesn't get too warm, just a little. The only drawback I find is that you can't really lay back and relax. You need to sit straight and just wait for it to do the work. Maybe I just need to read the manual and find out. I will update once I use it more, but definitely will be of help in between massage appointments. Great purchase so far.
