Dentahex is the brand, Now there is others that work the same

Can this added to arunning water bowl that gets changed once a week? Ok to add this to drinking water in a fountain?

I've been adding a splash of this to our cats' water for a few years now as recommended by our Vet. It appears to have reduced their dental decay problems significantly.
