i recently bought this and i am quite satisfied with it. Even though it doesnt have too many advanced features, it serves the purpose well, especially for heating/defrosting food. the power consumption is also reasonable. Defective Item received
I was very excited to receive the urgent delivery, for which I paid extra charges. However, unfortunately, a defective item was delivered. The product was packed well with an extra box, but when I unboxed the cardboard, I was surprised to see the defective item. This is very disappointing.
