The closing is very hard bc the clasp is very small and tight !! No way to hook behind the neck !! They need to change that assp

I love the look and quality but the way the chain is connected to name plate, it doesn't lay flat without causing chain to be twisted. I tried several times to adjust, but the chain remains twisted. Generally, love their products!

It’s been a year since I’ve purchased my necklace and I’ve been using it almost on a daily basis and it’s held up, hasn’t tarnished, and is by far the best quality jewelry I've gotten around its price range!!! I came back to leave a review because I’m looking to purchase a piece for my Goddaughter and thought I’d leave a review and let everyone know that the necklace I purchased, was by far a quality product!!! Not to mention the great compliments I get on my necklace. ☺️

The product itself was nice especially the chain but the name itself was very small, not at all as shown in the picture. I was very disappointed when I opened up the box. When I put it on it was almost impossible to read the name! Not worth the money. Name should be made much larger!...

I am so in love with my necklace i got my sons name because he is my whole world. Overall a really good necklace i had mine for almost a month doesn't change color i wear mine all the time and shower with it. i love the that the name part is not thin and the chain is the perfect length for me. I also love the packaging and they send a coupon in with your package thank you :D
