I purchased these stools right at 2 years ago. The stools were comfortable out of the box. Felt durable, sturdy and worth the money. Fast forward 2 years, I had what I felt a warranty issue. I am a 285 lbs man, use one of the stools as my 135 lb wife uses the other. I purchased the stools due to my size and one of the bottom plates broke. A happy ending from this company, I emailed the issue with a few photos and less than a week later I am sitting in basically my new stool. As far as the stool, it is durable and comfortable, the only issue was the bottom plate but this company stepped up sent the replacement parts without out fuss or muss.As far as the stool, it has stood up to the test of time as far as the seat cover, foot ring and post. The stool looked great except for the plate. The new bottom plate looks like my other non broke bottom plate. There are videos out there about issues on youtube. Don't pay attention to them and email these folks about their product. They have videos and guides to help you fix the problem. I could go on and on about this but I worked with Lan through email and never a problem.If the warranty had gone another way, the review would not be the stellar rating but when a company stands behind their product they deserve a stellar review. Buy with confidence these stools will stand up to use and if you do have a problem, they will stand behind their product!!!

We ordered two sets of these chairs. They arrived quickly and were fairly well packaged. They were incredibly easy to put together. The only issue was the cheap plastic beauty rings that go at the base of the chair. from far away they look "ok" but close up you can tell that piece is very Cheaply made. One of them arrived broken into several pieces. I have email the seller and hopefully they will replace it. I will update my rating once I know the outcome of that. Otherwise, the chairs look very nice and feel pretty comfortable.UPDATE: the company contacted me in less than 24 hours with an offer to send the replacement part. Excellent service and greatly appreciated!

I received these last night and I just finished putting them together. One of them works perfectly, however, the other will not raise or lower. I just called and emailed them so I am waiting for a response. If they respond and rectify this situation then I will change my rating because they are comfortable and seem to be well made with the exception of the one that doesn't work.Ok, review correction. They contacted me within 24 hours and have sent me a new stool to replace the one that didn't work. They were great to work with and the stools are perfect. Thank you!!

These are GREAT barstools, especially given the excellent price. They are very stylish, easy to assemble, and were just what we needed for our slightly higher than average bar. They were well-packaged and undamaged upon arrival. We have had them 2+ months. So far, so good! Would certainly buy them again.

Absolutely perfect! They are very sturdy for bigger people and the backs are wonderful for keeping little ones in the seats too. We actually enjoy sitting in our bar stools very comfortable. Love the dark brown color and they clean up so easy. You can't beat the quality you get for this price!!! The adjustable height is great for taller bars. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking!

It's difficult to purchase bar stools online, it just is. I remodeled my kitchen and added a bar height counter. I was also broke from the expense of that. I wanted something elegant, modern, of good quality, but inexpensive. I saw these and added them to my list whilst I checked others. After days of researching, this was the ticket.I'm glad I made the decision because they are just perfect. They have great range and height, especially since I"m short. They look awesome and of good quality. I get a lot of positive comments from my friends. Great communication with the sellers and awesome customer support, which counts for a LOT. I totally recommend this product and seller.

I bought this chair two weeks ago and I assemble this chair, looks decent till I seat. Base of the chair is quite lighter and need to be very careful to get in/out from the chair, as it is light weight basements it is likely to fall or even break too.Not appropriate for heavy weighted, as well as accecible to kids whom can easily pull up over them.I see it is applicable on for those, who wants to use it very wisely on bar, but if we compare it with compititor, we could find much more good options compared to it.Last and most important part, I didn't like the quality of the product and decided to return it, it was a nightmare. Seller is asking too many questions and asking for videos for proof and all,... Then I called amazon customer service and got my refund through Amazon A to Z guarantee.Don't recommend this product!!!

I'm consistently 295lbs to 300lbs. I bought this January 22, 2019 and it lasted until September 2, 2019. I haven't let anyone else sit in it and have not abused it in anyway. Very disappointed that the welds on the bottom of the stool have broken already. It is suppose to have a 2-year warranty, but the seller has not responded to my attempt to contact them to exercise the warranty.
