Ignore the nay sayers
What a great deal. The item I received had none of the issues presented by some of these negative reviewers. Item is not uncomfortable.. and believe me, I have very sensitive skin. Item adjusts easily and seems well designed, not flimsy. Magnification factors are powerful and very powerful ~ what else do you want? Every parameter of use is there and works well. Will it fail or break? Sure, if you're a bull in a china shop kind of person. Take care of your belongings and they will last no matter what they cost or where they were manufactured.

Works as expected
Works well. Somewhat cheap feeling, but I have no fear that the lens and headband will last for a few years. There are 2 sets of lenses, one fixed pair and a flip up pair that flips to the inside. Very easy to switch back and forth between magnification without taking the whole rig off.The lenses are fixed with no way to alter the focus/length of view. The flip down loupe is annoying, you only get one and it's a tad loose with no way to tighten it without stripping out the plastic it's screwed into. The light is especially cheap feeling and if it last for over a year I'll be surprised. The forehead pad is absolutely horrendous. First off it's vinyl, so it gets sticky and holds moisture against the forehead. I can deal with that, what I can't deal with is the fact that it's heat welded along the edges and the sharp edge just digs into the top of my ears.Overall, for the price it's a good magnifying visor. It doesn't have any bells or whistles and is a good entry level piece for someone needing magnification for small scale work.

Cheaply made, but definitely good enough for the price
This is obviously a bottom-shelf magnifier, with plastic lenses and cheap plastic parts, but it works great for my occasional use. For the price: five stars.

Good for the price
This magnifying headset is ok. You get what you pay for. The thing I like I about it is, plenty of room for me to wear my glasses. What I didn't like is that they are not as powerful as I had thought they would be.
