Behold the Sun!
Wanted a little extra lighting for our 70 Westy, and decided to give the Hella Value Fits a try. I'm glad I did! A friend of mine fabricated some sturdy brackets, and I wired everything up inside the van with the Hella harness. The output of these is amazing, even up a mountain in pitch black, in a rain storm. Zero issues seeing everything, and the LED lamps are excellent for older lower amperage electrical systems.

This LED light is extremely bright
It claims that it is a driving light and the reason for my purchase was to assist my Jeeps normal high beans. I purchase one light to see if I would like it. Being that LED's are low current I wired it in parallel with the hi beams of my Jeep. No real beam pattern just extreme bright light everywhere. It is so bright that switching to low beams (turning this light off) is like going into a poorly lite area (almost dark). I will now have to upgrade my normal lights to LED.

Great LED auxiliary lights
I used these to replace some OEM Hella 500 halogen driving lights. The difference was night and day. I installed the optional amber covers for dust/snow driving and they really make a huge difference. Don't be fooled by the "Value" line. They are an EXCEPTIONAL value for the price and compare to many top tier boutique brands of offroad lights. Highly recommended.
