Probably a good product but it gave me insomnia and crazy anxiety with heart palpitations. I probably ramped up too fast but I read online that alot of people react this way to colostrum. Its just not for me.

It's a great idea to compress a bunch of organs into a capsule/supplement as it's not particularly easy or cheap rounding up organ meat as a food option.This is a great way to get the benefits of those products in a pill. I could definitely feel it working as my stomach adjusted to the product. Be sure to read the letter that comes with the product. They suggest ways to ease your body into it as an alternative to starting off with 6 pills a day. I did that and am thankful because my body needed some time to adjust.

I've been taking both Fire Starter as well as Gut & Digestion and have noticed huge energy increases sustained throughout the day. It's easier for me to naturally wake up earlier without feeling incredibly groggy and it's sustained without a crash in the afternoon (which I used to experience daily). I also noticed a lot less bloat within the first week of taking these. I've seen friends have insanely good experiences with carnivore/nose to tail diets but was too intimidated by the organ products I'd have to find/eat but really happy that it is now available to me in a way more accessible form.

This review reflects my personal experience only and is in regard to the product (Colostrum) itself, not the company (I really like their Beff Organs supplement - 5 stars there). Do the research on Colostrum before taking it.I'm an extremely healthy and fit 35yo. I ordered these during cold and flu season after having contracted COVID. I thought it would be a nice addition to boost my immunity.When u take this, I retain water and have put on (minor) weight despite working out and eating extremely well per usual. I'm really upset about this. I can feel it in my face. I've noticed it also gives me low back pain (almost like I'm about to start my period) and makes me feel like a bowel movement is approaching. There has also been pain in my left lower abdomen.Just approach with caution and consider whether we should be taking this supplement.
