I have read that at least 12 lbs should be used for 15 minutes per session. is this correct? how many sessions per day or week?

My physical therapist uses 15 lbs on almost everyone. I've had up to 20 lbs on my neck during therapy. I use 16 lbs at home though, just to be safe cause it's my neck, you know :)

Is the head halter padded?

It has a little padding. Enough to be comfortable.

Where can I get a larger neck brace 11 to 14

I don't know other than a medical store

I need a larger head harness the one i purchased don't fit
