**Q: I have read that at least 12 lbs should be used for 15 minutes per session. is this correct?  how many sessions per day or week?**
A: My physical therapist uses 15 lbs on almost everyone. I've had up to 20 lbs on my neck during therapy. I use 16 lbs at home though, just to be safe cause it's my neck, you know :)

**Q: Is the head halter padded?**
A: It has a little padding.  Enough to be comfortable.

**Q: Where can I get a larger neck brace    11 to 14**
A: I don't know other than a medical store

**Q: I need a larger head harness the one i purchased don't fit**
A: I have a large head too and had no problem. Hat size 7-1/2.

If you have any back problems you will find this simple and easy to use system to fix 99.99% of back problems do to improper poster. I have been going to the doctors for years for the same pain in the lower neck area and in two weeks with this kit I was like new and have so much fun doing things again, no pain. It takes only fifteen minutes a day. I have sold or showed my friends and they all have one now and are so happy. When you are pain free,you can do all most anything you try. Thank you for keeping the cost down and the next best thing to go with this is the book "Treat Your Own Neck" it has some very useful exercise to do. If you are not happy just send it back and your money will be given back, I have not see that happen yet, just the opposite they buy more than one, so they all have one at home and the office.
