This is an excellent product. I does as it says , it help with post menopausal vaginal dryness or itching due to the drop of estrogen. It also helps with dry eyes , skin and strengthens the nails and hair seems improved as well. The effects of HRT are questionable , so I tried this product and noticed a difference within the week for post menopausal symptoms and dry eyes and noticed the difference in my nail strength as the month passed. I was skeptical at first ,but I will continue to use this instead of Hormone replacement therapy. They are small capsules and easy to swallow and the results are great.

I've struggled with breakouts & slow-healing skin for over 15 years. Working out made my skin even worse, so by the end of last summer I was really frustrated. I read about sea buckthorn & noticed this brand was recommended. The oil & serum helped, but the capsules are where I really see results. It literally heals from the inside out. I used Sibu Beauty's sea buckthorn Omega 7 soft gels for about two months with amazing results. My skin cleared up better than it had in years! I've tried so many products, only seeing temporary improvements. Adult Breakouts can be caused by the skin's inability to slough off dead skin cells. I used to try to combat this with scrubs & peels that were probably too harsh. Within the first week or two I noticed my skin had a healthy glow with no flakiness whatsoever. I pretty much stopped using scrubs. If I had a few strays I just used a spot treatment. My acne cleared up 80% & stayed that way as long as I took one a day. I was able to wear less makeup and not stress so much about "covering up" all the imperfections (Time saver + confidence booster!) Also my nails got stronger & hair looked healthier. I think this product may help with energy, but I've also been taking other vitamins so it's hard to tell. When I went to reorder I noticed that another brand contained double the amount of soft gels so I figured it would be a better deal. Bad idea! I've been taking 1-2 a day (I only needed 1 a day of Sibu's) for almost 2 months with not much result. My nails still feel strong & skin is moisturized, but my hair doesn't feel as healthy and my breakouts came back full force. I'm not sure how the formula differs, but for me it just wasn't as effective as Sibu. I have some capsules left of this other brand, but I just ordered 3 containers of Sibu. I can't wait until they come in the mail & I can get my Sibu skin back! :)

No problems with tampering, leakage or theft. Good tip: use an Amazon Hub Locker if you're skeptical of having your packages dropped off at your front door...mine was dropped off at a nearby discount store in a DIY scan the barcode OR punch in code lockbox. So simple!!!....now the T.... I KID YOU NOT...day 1, (2 tablets) turned on the faucet... (wink-wink). my guy is asleep as I write this review but I just had to regroup to let you all know my truth about Omega 7 by SIBU. Wow, my faucet was just barely turned on and I'm curious as hell to find out after taking Omega 7 throughout the week....will I reference a WATERFALL in the following review? Stay tuned☂️ Well, it's been over a week and I could vouch you'll only need 1 gelcap a day. I'm in experimenting mode so I've shortened my nails just to witness the effects of SIBU Omega 7 take charge and my nails ARE longer and stronger.... Still taking these amazing gelcaps but only as needed😊 Just an update on the latest effects the Omega 7 Softgels is doing for me now. First and foremost, it still keeps me juicy but miraculously, what I have noticed due to an injured left knee is these babies are helping to repair!!!!(drop the 🎤 ) ....it's beyond amazing!!!! I'm in the early stages of experimenting with the Omega 7's AGAIN, I'm on my 3rd day and I promise y'all, I'm almost cured. My knee feels 95% better than a couple days ago. I don't know exactly what they put in these gelcaps but from the mixed reviews, I've got a good batch of miracle pills🙏... I'll be emptying this bottle and reordering another because I could never be without this staple in my life.

I got these primarily for my wife due to a number or reviewers who indicated that these seemed to help with vaginal dryness. My wife is a reluctant to try things but she agreed to take them for a week and then continue to take them based on her observations after the week had passed. Unfortunately a week passed and she did not notice any changes either positive or negative so she continued to take them for another couple weeks and discontinue them should something negative crop up. After taking them an additional 3 weeks and not noting any changes she decided that they weren't doing anything and stopped taking them. Her results are hers alone and should not be construed as these will not work. Every individual is different as is their situation and for her they just did not have any effect unfortunately but you might find otherwise and they might just be worth giving them a shot.

This made a difference with my internal moisture, my ph was good and shiny hair and nails when used with other supplements. The only downside is for the price the quantity of gels seems low.
