This Snow Cone Maker is Great! It is Professional quality machine at an affordable price you can only find, as far as I know here on Amazon. We got it for Church functions and Birthday Parties. I kept feeding ice in the top reservoir and turning on to Shave in between my wife opening the door to scoop into Cups. A big Plus is it comes with a Extra Blade and a Scoop. I was surprised it’s not Super loud, don’t get me wrong it’s noisy just not as much as I expected for a machine shaving ice into small flakes. I also like the Nostalgic Look. The only thing I’d improve is making it sit a little higher so you can leave the Drain Plug off while making Snow Cones, with a bowl or something under to catch the melting ice. For the Cost and Quality this for sure a 5 Star Review.

This product was only used once. It was setup and used as per instructions, but very quickly produced a black smoke and upon inspection found metal shavings through the ice. We attempted to return the item, but was expensive and cost more than the original product, hence we never returned it to obtain a refund.

It is just like in the picture amazing product. Crushes Ice amazing and makes great snow cones. The way snow cones are support to be made. Today we had our nephew and neighbor kids sell snow cones and it did well. Kids were super excited. I like the product also because the kids were controlling the ice ext.. and machine held up well very sturdy. However, It didn't come with the snow cone hold shown but when I had told Amazon they were amazing and gave me a percentage refund within one to two days. They were on it and cared for me as a customer, even thow the snow cone holder was missing I still feel like a very pleased buyer. It does an amazing job! sooo worth the buy. We also take it to family birthday parties and it make the party for everyone. I recommend this machine to anyone who loves snow cones this machine is the real deal for a great price!
