Hawkins seems lost quality contol on its products.
I purchased this product on April 3 2020 .After 5 or 6 uses its safety valve ruptured.It could have been dangerous.Luckly no body was around. Amazon today advised to contact manufacturer or supplier. I believe its manufacturing defect and substandard material used. Please use caution on ordering this product.

It works well, but I need a capacity for 8 liters. However, when I close the lid, it gets dirty, making it difficult to fill properly for any use. Because of the design of the lid, we can't prepare a 7-liter curry. I believe that to accommodate 8 liters, we will need to buy a 12-liter capacity cooker.
