Wild Republic 20858 Figures Penguins Playset, Nature Tube, 10 Pieces, Multi

Very beautiful..best for kids to play and even projects....but a bit expensive

My 2 yr old daughter is going through a penguin phase, so I've been looking for little penguin figurines to go with the rest of her Little People and Paw Patrol toys.I am going to list out the pros and cons of this penguin set, so you know what you're getting when you order these:- PRO: They are the perfect size to play with Little People and Paw Patrol toys (see picture). These penguins fit the Little People barn and vehicles, as well as Paw Patrol vehicles. My daughter is currently playing "penguin invasion" with the new 10 penguins that come in this set.- CON: 3 of 10 penguins have stamps and embossings on their bellies (see picture). The white "K&M CE CHINA" embossings don't bother me as much as the "K&M FCR-2021 HUI ZHOU LOT NO:E4" stamped in black ink.- PRO: They are not cartoonish, but a variety of different species of penguins. I also ordered National Geographic Kids for pre-readers called "Hello Penguins!", which features different penguins in the world, and these figurines go with the book so perfectly. Some of swimming, some are sitting, they're excellent educational toys.- CON: I also have a 13 month old who puts everything in her mouth, so I gave these penguins a quick cold soapy water bath... and the water turned black. I had to rinse them out a few times to get clear-ish water. This is really concerning, considering that these are marketed as toys for 3+.Stamping and embossings aside, I was going to keep these, but the paint washing off kind of worries me a bit (especially with a 13 month old who still puts everything in her mouth). I'm going to keep an eye on these for a few days and decide whether or not these are staying.

We used these as topper decorations on a penguin themed birthday cake. They were perfect! They are all different, and in different stances.

I got these for my nephew and cannot wait time give them to him. They're very cute Penguin figurines and a nice variety of different species of Penguins too. I'd definitely recommend this tube of figurines!

Worked well for my Preschool class. A bit pricey for what they are but the kids loved them.
