I needed something reflective to add to my new stainless steel mailbox. I'd just put custom latex numbers on the door (in a font I love) and that night I discovered the metal didn't catch the light. At all. (It will definitely get nailed by the plow guy.) When I went to purchase more numbers for the side, the seller didn't offer a reflective option. I was bummed, till my husband suggested getting reflective tape and putting the custom numbers on top of it. I love this guy!! Such a simple solution with way better than expected results.Tape required 48hrs to cure at moderate temps to avoid peeling. I had to wait for a window of opportunity to apply it, where it stayed above freezing for a couple of days. Latex numbers made a solid bond with the tape's surface and the tape's peel and stick backing made it easy to apply to the mailbox. It adhered solidly to the stainless steel and bonus! the tape blends in to to the metal, so you just see the black numbers during the day and electric silver white numbers at night. It catches the light from quite a distance away too. (See pics.) I liked it so much I trimmed the metal edge of the platform the mailbox sits on as well. (Then I had to restrain myself from applying it everywhere. The cat. The dog. The garbage cans. The skunk's lair. Look! It's just like Christmas time.) Fingers crossed the plow guy doesn't cut it too close (or consider it a target) and the mailbox stays upright after a storm.

It took 2 trys to run this down the side of my tow truck but Im glad I stuck with it. Be careful not to streatch it, it will deform. It does not apply like pinstriping tape. Once it touches clean paint, it is there. Trying to remove it, ruins it. That being said, I just bought another roll to use on the brush guard on the front of the truck. Be careful when you put it on, pull about an inch of backing off at a time and dont try to do long sections. I believe this is intended for flexible surfaces such as a life raft or a life vest but it is so bright and sticky, Im gonna do it again. Thx.

Superb material for reflecting laser light sources used in optical alignment and sensing systems, such as prop & rotor balancing equipment, and bore-sighting coaxial telescopic optics…to name just two.

Used to add reflectivity to my kayak for night time outings. This tape adheres good to the kayak, and after a couple months shows no sign of peeling off. The reflective properties of this stuff is impressive, and no doubt helps visibility at night. Only issue I've had is that I do ocassionally spray 303 UV protectant on my kayaks to wipe them down since they live outside in the sun, and after getting some spray onto this tape it ruined parts of the reflector. The tape itself is still sticking great, but will just have to be mindful not to let any chemicals come in contact with the tape.

Purchased to mark fishing jugs at night. It’s very bright and seems to adhere to just about anything. I will find out soon how long it holds up in the water. Should work great for anything you need reflecting tape on from mail boxes to trailers.

Tape sticks to surface like it’s hanging on for dear life definitely don’t need to worry about it coming off. The reflectivness of this product is amazing blends in good with aluminum panels so it doesn’t stand out like a sore thumb but when the light hits it you definitely know it’s there super bright.

This tape is extremely reflective and visible from a great distance. I applied it to my after-market top case and am thrilled with it. The silver blends in well with the silver plastic surrounding my case during the day but shines a bright white when lights come across it at night. Highly recommend this for all motorcycle enthusiasts who ride after dusk.

I needed tape for (pretty, but not real bright) landscape lights to show up under headlights. I looked at so many kinds, but seemed SOLAS (safety of life at sea) grade would be good. Wow...these are like a light shining back at you...plenty reflective for my needs.
